HAVERHILL, Mass. (AP) - Officials have released the name of the skateboarder killed in a collision with a truck in Massachusetts over the weekend.

A spokeswoman for the Essex district attorney says 27-year-old Efrain Alejandro Gonzalez-Zamora was struck while skateboarding in Haverhill around 3:40 a.m. Saturday.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.



The Freightliner truck was being driven by a Salisbury man and is owned by Ryder Truck Rental. The driver stopped at the scene.

No charges have been filed. The crash remains under investigation.
