HELENA, Mont. (AP) - A Montana woman has died in a wreck that police speculate may have been caused by a medical episode involving the driver.
Authorities say the Helena woman died early Sunday at St. Peter’s Health.
The Independent Record reports that the accident was reported about 8 p.m. Saturday when a car driven by the woman went off the roadway and hit a tree.
Helena Police Cpt. Curt Stinson says an adult, male passenger suffered minor injuries.
The name of the victim was not immediately released.
