ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (AP) - An electrical fire forced the evacuation of 291 residents from a 16-story apartment building that is home to senior citizens and the disabled in Atlantic City.
Firefighters contained the blaze, which started between the first and second floors on Thursday night.
The complex is operated by the housing authority.
The American Red Cross assisted in placing the residents in hotels.
