Poaching incidents of deer, elk reported in Otero County

CLOUDCROFT, N.M. (AP) - The New Mexico Department of Game and Fish is investigating poaching of deer and elk in Otero County.

The department says two deer and several elk were illegally killed and left to rot during four incidents at locations near Calico Peak, High Rolls and Cloudcroft in late December.
