SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) - Spokane police have released body camera footage showing an officer-involved shooting.

Antonio Davis was wanted in connection with a homicide in Nevada and officers tried to arrest him last September.

KREM-TV reports that Davis jumped into a car and took off, leading police on a chase. Davis eventually crashed into a tree and tried to run away.

Davis was shot by police in his arm. He recovered from his injuries and is now out of jail on bond.

The body camera footage shows Davis asking for help and an ambulance.

Officers found two guns in the vehicle.

Davis is facing charges in Spokane for unlawful possession of a firearm and attempting to elude officers.

In December, prosecutors ruled the shooting justified.
