TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (AP) - Police say a man has turned himself in after an argument at a car wash in Alabama turned violent and a man was shot.
Al.com reported Wednesday that Capt. Kip Hart says Tuscaloosa police responded to Better Hands Car Wash and learned a man was shot while arguing with another person at the car wash. Someone at the scene told police he heard a gunshot and found blood in the parking lot.
Hart says a 28-year-old man with several gunshot wounds arrived at DCH Regional Medical Center around the same time.
Police say Davis turned himself in to investigators and was charged with second-degree assault and certain person forbidden to possess a handgun. Al.com did not report if Davis has a lawyer.
