PIKESVILLE, Md. (AP) - A private Jewish school in Maryland has fired their second teacher amid misconduct allegations.

The Baltimore Sun cites a Wednesday email from the Beth Tfiloh Dahan Community School Board of Trustee’s President, Joel Cohn, as saying Jonathan Lasson was terminated last week.

The school fired Lasson after learning he was disciplined by the Maryland Board of Examiners of Psychologists when a client of his private adult psychology practice filed a complaint.

According to the 2017 board consent order, the patient said Lasson shared inappropriate information and hugged her, violating Orthodox Jewish norms, among other allegations.

The school also fired Rabbi Shmuel Krawatsky last week after The New York Jewish Week published allegations that he sexually abused boys. Krawatsky hasn’t been charged.

Lasson didn’t respond to the newspaper’s requests for comment.
