DUBLIN, Ga. (AP) - Police say a shooting in Georgia has left one man dead.

Dublin Police Chief Tim Chatman tells news outlets that an argument between 18-year-old Daylan Hall and Kemon O’Neil turned deadly Monday afternoon, resulting in Hall’s shooting. Chatman says a witness told police that O’Neil fired once, before fleeing.

Police have arrested two suspects who were with O’Neil, but O’Neil is still at large.
