LEBANON, Maine (AP) - Maine State Police say speed and heavy fog were factors in a crash that killed an Acton man in Lebanon.

The crash happened around 1:30 a.m. Saturday. Troopers say 28-year-old Brian Leclair died at the scene after his car went off the road, rolled over and slammed into a tree. Leclair was wearing a seat belt. He died of head injuries.
