BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - The North Dakota Attorney General’s Office says a possible settlement with a former Fargo home remodeling contractor isn’t likely.

Asst. Attorney General Parrell Grossman tells KFGO a lawsuit against Studs to Rugs owner and chief shareholder Tim Rosene appears to be the only option.

Ten customers have filed complaints claiming losses of about $324,000 for projects that were never completed. Grossman says he doesn’t know whether those seeking restitution will see any money.

A phone listing for Rosene was not available.
