ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) - New York officials are reminding taxpayers they can check their state refund status online.
Filers can get the information by entering the refund amount they’re claiming, Social Security number and the form they filed in the “Check your Refund” tool on the state Department of Taxation and Finance web site.
The department also provides the information through an automated phone line at (518)-457-5149.
