LANCASTER, N.H. (AP) - Officials are keeping an eye on a large ice jam on a river in New Hampshire.

WMUR-TV reports people in Lancaster say there has been some flooding in basements near the Israel River. There are large chunks of ice almost to the top of a bridge.

A massive ice jam on the Piscataquog River in New Boston has finally broken apart after holding strong in the river for weeks.
