SANTA PAULA, Calif. (AP) - A small plane crash-landed near a Southern California airfield but its occupants were unscathed.

The single-engine American Champion 7GCBC ended up upside-down in a riverbed south of Santa Paula Airport on Friday.

Local Fire Department spokesman Andy VanSciver tells the Ventura County Star the two occupants were uninjured.
