ST. LOUIS (AP) - St. Louis police are investigating after three men were injured in an apparent shootout that occurred after two cars crashed.

The crash happened Thursday afternoon. Police told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch that none of the injuries appear to be life-threatening.

Police believe two of the men, ages 18 and 20, robbed a 22-year-old man before driving off in a Hyundai Sonata. The third man reportedly chased after them in a Nissan Altima.

The two cars crashed and the men in both vehicles began shooting at each other. Police say the Hyundai had been reported stolen on Jan. 17.
