ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) - New Mexicans should brace themselves for another major winter storm that will bring snow to the northern and central part of the state Monday through Tuesday night.

The National Weather Service says a potential storm could impact the state starting Sunday night, causing snow, poor visibility, freezing fog and extremely cold temperatures.

The weather service says a strong round of east canyon wings will make it hard to predict snow amounts in Albuquerque and Santa Fe but that snow accumulation is likely.
