KEENE, N.D. (AP) - Three Williston residents died when a sport utility vehicle crashed head-on into a semitrailer in McKenzie County.
The Highway Patrol says the SUV crossed into the wrong lane at a roundabout on state Highway 23 north of Keene shortly after 9 p.m. Saturday, hitting the semi.
The three SUV occupants died at the scene. They were identified as 68-eight-year-old driver Jim Livengood and two passengers - 68-year-old Elizabeth Livengood and 45-year-old Tina Livengood.
The semi driver was taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
