MITCHELL, S.D. (AP) - Authorities have identified a Howard woman who died in a three-vehicle crash on Interstate 90.
The Highway Patrol says the car driven by 76-year-old Joan Spader was rear-ended late Monday morning when she slowed because of a crash ahead of her. Her vehicle was then pushed into a third vehicle.
She died at the scene, about 4 miles east of Mitchell.
