BARRINGTON, N.H. (AP) - Police in New Hampshire say a man who died in a multi-car crash had been arrested the night before on a drunken driving charge.

WMUR-TV reports police said three cars collided Monday in Barrington on Route 202. Four people were involved in the crash, and two were seriously injured, including driver 49-year-old Joseph Fiorito, of Ossipee. He later died.

Police said the night before, Fiorito was charged with driving under the influence. He was released on personal recognizance bail and retrieved his pickup the next day.



Police are investigating the crash.
