PHOENIX (AP) - The Latest on a wreck affected Phoenix freeway traffic (all times local):

9:20 a.m.

Ramps between Interstate 17 and the eastbound Loop 101 freeway in north Phoenix are open again after crews cleaned up debris from a Thursday morning wreck in which a tractor-trailer rig rolled over and spilled its load of concrete.



The Arizona Department of Transportation says all restrictions have been lifted.

6:30 a.m.

Authorities say ramps from northbound and southbound Interstate 17 to the eastbound Loop 101 freeway in north Phoenix likely will remain closed through the Thursday morning commute due to a wreck.

The Arizona Department of Transportation says a tractor-trailer rig rolled over, spilling its load of cement.

Crews are cleaning up the mess.

ADOT says drivers should consider alternate routes and allow for extra travel time.
