TRENTON, N.J. (AP) - A federal judge has sentenced a New Jersey man to 97 months in prison for using his email and instant messaging accounts to obtain child pornography.
Prosecutors say 51-year-old Matthew Kaminsky of Matawan engaged in online chat with a 13-year-old girl in January 2015 and induced her to send him nude pictures of herself.
Kaminsky pleaded guilty to receiving child pornography.
