LACKAWANNA, N.Y. (AP) - The Erie County District Attorney’s office in upstate New York is offering a reward to help solve an arson that hurt several people in April.

Prosecutors in Buffalo say Wednesday that $11,000 is being offered for information on the person or persons responsible for fire in neighboring Lackawanna that seriously injured seven people.

Authorities say two children ages 3 and 4 and their parents were among those injured when someone set fire to a multi-unit home early on the morning of April 22. Prosecutors say four families with more than a dozen children were forced to flee the building, some of them by jumping out a window.

Officials have released a surveillance camera image of a person of interest riding a bike near the building when the fire was reported.
