ESSEX, Vt. (AP) - Police in Essex, Vermont say two people have died in a one-vehicle accident.
Police believe speed was a factor in the accident that happened at about 11:25 p.m. Tuesday on Fort Parkway at Ethan Allen Avenue.
Police identified the victims as 21-year-old Nicholas Lizewski and 18-year-old Kaylin Mitchell, both from Essex.
State police and at least five other agencies responded to the crash.
