TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - Police in Tucson say a man has been arrested after going inside a store with a handgun and allegedly pointing it at people.

They say 62-year-old William Gutierrez was booked Monday into the Pima County Jail on suspicion of three counts of aggravated assault with a firearm and one count of disorderly conduct .

Police say Gutierrez was seen walking around an apartment complex armed with a handgun about 6:15 p.m.



He then went to a Walmart, but police responded within minutes.

Gutierrez was arrested without incident and police say no shots were fired and there were no injuries.
