MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) - Authorities say a double shooting in Alabama has killed a woman and seriously injured a man.
Montgomery Police Department Lieutenant Andre Mitchell says the shooting happened Saturday around 9:50 p.m.
News outlets report that officers found the woman who was pronounced dead at the scene, and the man who had sustained a serious but non-life-threatening injury. The man was taken to the hospital.
Authorities say a homicide investigation is underway.
