PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Philadelphia police haven’t been able to find a motorcyclist who sideswiped a police captain’s vehicle during the city’s Puerto Rican Day Parade and festivities.

Police say the biker was riding on the shoulder of the road when he sideswiped the police vehicle Sunday. Officers pursued the motorcycle who drove the wrong way on Interstate 95 before they lost him going over the Ben Franklin Bridge into New Jersey.

Police say the captain wasn’t hurt in the incident.
