SUITLAND, Md. (AP) - A second man has been arrested in a double homicide in the Maryland suburbs of Washington.

Police in Prince George’s County said in a news release that on July 9, officers found 22-year-old Courtney Simms and 23-year-old Anthony Douglas fatally shot in Suitland. The two were found in an alley between two businesses.

Days later, 19-year-old Jharrod Armstrong was arrested and charged in the slayings.

On Saturday, officers arrested 28-year-old Robert Suesbury. Armstrong and Suesbury are both charged with first- and second-degree murder.

Online court records don’t list lawyers for the men.
