PHOENIX (AP) - Authorities say a dead body has been found in the charred rubble of a mobile home fire in Phoenix.

Phoenix Fire Department officials say the blaze broke out around 3 p.m. Thursday near 14th Street and Bell Road.

Crews arrived to find the single mobile home unit already well-involved with flames starting to spread to another unit.

Authorities say the roof of the mobile home collapsed and the body was discovered during a secondary search.

The body wasn’t immediately identified, but neighbors say a man in his 50s with health issues lived alone in the unit.

Fire Department officials say the cause of the blaze is under investigation.
