SYRACUSE, N.Y. (AP) - Police in Syracuse say they’ve arrested a man for taking cellphone videos of teenage girls in the changing rooms at a Forever 21 store.
Officers were called to the Destiny USA mall shortly before 4 p.m. Saturday.
Security guards at the mall’s Forever 21 store told the officers that two teenage girls had reported being filmed by a man while they were in the changing rooms.
The teens said the man used a cellphone to shoot video under or around the stalls.
Thirty-two-year-old Thomas McNeilley was arrested on charges of unlawful surveillance and endangering the welfare of a child.
It’s not clear if he has an attorney who could speak for him.
