PHOENIX (AP) - Police say a Glendale man died early Sunday morning after crashing his motorcycle on westbound Loop 202 near Interstate 10.

The Arizona Department of Public Safety says the man lost control of the motorcycle and was struck by at least one car after fell onto the road. The man, who has not been identified, was not wearing a helmet and died on scene.

Police are investigating what caused the collision and whether more than one car struck the motorcyclist. It’s unclear if impairment was a factor in the crash.
