FRANKLIN, N.J. (AP) - Two New Jersey residents have been arrested after police say they cashed checks stolen from a local Girl Scout troop.
Police tell the Courier-Post (https://on.cpsj.com/2wtgK8I ) 23-year-old Tyler Fuller and 20-year-old Lauren Landers cashed five checks totaling $3,100 from a checkbook that belonged to a Franklin Township troop.
The two were arrested Thursday and face charges of theft, forgery and conspiracy.
Police say the troop has been reimbursed.
No attorney information is available for Landers or Fuller.
