COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) - Firefighters say a body has been found after they responded to a burning home in central South Carolina.

The Columbia-Richland Fire Department said the body was found around 3 a.m. Sunday.

The victim’s name has not been released yet.



Investigators say the fire was started by unattended smoking.

The investigation is continuing.
