GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) - No one was seriously hurt when a motorist hit a pedestrian and then crashed into a business in Grand Forks.

Police say the driver’s foot slipped off the brake and hit the gas pedal about 8 p.m. Thursday outside a Little Caesar’s restaurant.

The car went over a curb, hit a 17-year-old bystander and then struck the building. The teen was taken to a hospital for treatment of what authorities say was a minor injury.

The driver was cited for care required.
