PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Two motorcyclists have been killed on Philadelphia’s Schuylkill Expressway in the span of one day.

Police say a motorcyclist died late Thursday after losing control on eastbound lanes and flying into westbound traffic near Girard Avenue.

Earlier Thursday, a man from New Castle, Delaware, was killed when he lost control on the road and was hit by a passing vehicle.



No charges have been announced in either crash.
