PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Philadelphia is hoping people will take to the streets by foot.

The city is closing many roads to motor vehicles on Saturday for Philly Free Streets, giving people a chance to walk, run or bike from Old City to North Philadelphia.

Parking restrictions start at noon Friday from 3rd and Chestnut to 5th and Indiana streets.
