LAKE CHARLES, La. (AP) - Authorities say a man has been arrested in connection with a hit-and-run that killed a Louisiana woman.

Louisiana state police spokesman Sgt. James Anderson told news outlets that the driver, 42-year-old Trevino Clark, was arrested Tuesday night. The crash killed a Moss Bluff woman Monday morning.

Authorities say the hit-and-run vehicle was found in a barn on Clark’s property.

Clark was booked into Calcasieu Parish Correctional Center and charged with felony hit-and-run, failure to report a crash and driving with a suspended driver’s license. It’s unclear if he has a lawyer.
