BRENTWOOD, N.H. (AP) - Authorities in New Hampshire have identified the man who died in a tree clearing accident.
WMUR-TV reports 35-year-old Eric LaFramboise, of Epsom, who owned Ridgewood Timber Harvesting, was notching a tree when another tree he was working on was blown over by a strong gust of wind and hit him from behind.
Police responded to a home in Brentwood on Sunday afternoon. They found LaFramboise under a large pine tree by the homeowners who had hired him.
The New Hampshire Medical Examiner’s Office says his death is an accident.
