Buffalo Bill’s quarterback Tyrod Taylor has learned that the best way reinvigorate his throwing prowess is to hit the yoga mat and do some Pilates. Being flexible and Zen on the field is something that Tyrod is clearly working towards and his unique downtime activities are sure to center him on and off the field.
