PORTLAND, Maine (AP) - The new executive director of the Maine Dental Association is a veteran manager of health care nonprofit groups who most recently led the Maine Osteopathic Association.
The dental association says Angela Cole Westhoff will take over leadership of the group. She has managed nonprofits for 16 years, working as the executive and top lobbyist of the osteopathic association for the past 8½ years.
The association says Westhoff will transition into her new role over the next several months. She also serves as a board member of the Maine Public Health Association and was its president in 2013-14.
