WOODBRIDGE, Va. (AP) - Authorities say a Woodbridge woman has been arrested after authorities say left her 10-year-old daughter alone while she went out of town.
Prince William County Police said in a statement that 29-year-old Delisa Marie Torres of Woodbridge was arrested on Wednesday night and charged with felony child endangerment.
Police says they received a call from the child’s father, saying that Torres left the state and the child was home alone.
Child Protective Services picked the girl up and released her to a family member.
It’s unclear if Torres has an attorney.
