ATLANTA (AP) - The Latest on severe weather in Georgia (all times local):
10:15 p.m.
A strong storm with high winds has passed through the Atlanta suburbs, triggering a tornado warning.
The National Weather Service issued the warning covering DeKalb and Gwinnett counties about 9:45 p.m. and lifted it shortly after 10 p.m.
Atlanta TV weather forecasters said radar showed circular storm movement consistent with a tornado, but there were no official reports that a tornado had formed or that one had touched down. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution (https://bit.ly/2pMFCqK) reported winds of up to 40 miles per hour in the area, with some downed trees and wind damage.
The storm passed through the area toward northeast Georgia.

Authorities say a possible tornado destroyed an auto parts store and damaged several other buildings in a community just west of Savannah.
Local news outlets report a powerful storm Thursday evening overturned several cars and knocked down traffic signals in Garden City.
WTOC-TV reports (https://bit.ly/2pe2JY1 ) Garden City Fire Chief Corbin Medeiros said six buildings were damaged in addition to the demolished store. One person was injured and declined medical assistance.
The damage came as a storm system was crossing a wide area of southeast Georgia on Thursday evening. Georgia Power reported more than 900 homes and businesses in the Savannah area were without electricity as a result.
