COLUMBIA, Pa. (AP) - Authorities are investigating after two statues outside of a Buddhist temple in Pennsylvania were vandalized.

Police said the word “idol” was spray painted last week on the statues outside of the temple in Columbia, about 14 miles (23 km) west of Lancaster.

A neighbor told police in Columbia Borough that the vandalism happened overnight between last Wednesday and Thursday.
