BOSCAWEN, N.H. (AP) - New Hampshire officials are attending a service at the State Veterans Cemetery in honor of Memorial Day.
The ceremony is scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday at the cemetery in Boscawen.
Also planned is a dedication ceremony on the Memorial Walkway of a new Global War on Terror Memorial at the cemetery.
The 12-foot-tall granite memorial featuring four “hero walls” with the names of 50 men mostly killed training for or fighting in conflicts overseas since Sept. 11, 2001, was unveiled last year.
