KINGMAN, Ariz. (AP) - Authorities in northwestern Arizona say the pilot of a small aircraft died Saturday after crashing near Kingman.
The Mohave County Sheriff’s Office says search and rescue units responded to an area northwest of Walnut Creek on Saturday morning after a man reported the crash.
The pilot, a man who has not been identified, was found dead.
The Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board were notified of the incident.
