BILLERICA, Mass. (AP) - A minor accident has been reported at a Massachusetts auto auction where five people died after an SUV plowed into a crowd earlier this month.

The LynnWay Auto Auction in Billerica (bihl-RIH’-kuh) says no one was hurt when a vehicle “grazed a barrier” outside the building on Wednesday. Some yellow paint scraped off the vehicle and the sheet metal was creased.

The barriers were installed after the May 3 accident inside the building. Three people died the day of the crash and two more died in the following days. Seven others were injured.

Authorities say a 76-year-old employee without a valid driver’s license lost control of a Jeep Grand Cherokee. The investigation is ongoing.
