Person found dead following fire at Oklahoma City office

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Firefighters say one person was found dead following a fire at an attorney’s office northwest of downtown Oklahoma City.

Battalion Chief Benny Fulkerson says the fire was reported at 6:20 a.m. Wednesday at the address for Midtown Attorneys.

Fulkerson says the building includes an apartment on the second floor and the person was found dead at the top of stairs on the outside of the building.

The person’s name and a suspected cause of the fire have not been released.
