CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - Three men have been indicted in the U.S. District Court of Wyoming with several crimes in connection with the shooting and robbery attempt at the Medicap Pharmacy.
The Wyoming Tribune Eagle reports (https://bit.ly/2qNxEhi ) the Cheyenne Police Department on Friday identified Moses Dickens III, Christopher Dominguez and Antoine Mitchell, all of Albuquerque, New Mexico, as the suspects allegedly responsible for the Oct. 6 robbery attempt.
In the indictment, a federal grand jury in Wyoming charged the three with numerous crimes, including carjacking, attempted robbery involving controlled substances, robbery, using a firearm during an attempted robbery, and using a firearm while conspiring to obstruct interstate commerce by means of robbery.
Combined, the penalties for those crimes add up to a minimum of 82 years and up to life in prison.
