No one hurt in small plane crash in northern Nevada

CARSON CITY, Nev. (AP) - Authorities say no one was hurt from a small plane crash near a northern Nevada airport.

The crash happened Friday night at the Carson City Airport.

Carson City Sheriff Ken Furlong said a single-engine plane crashed in a grassy area next to the runway.

There was one person inside the plane but that person wasn’t hurt.

The main airport runway was temporarily closed for the investigation.
