Washington homicide victim identified

VANCOUVER, Wash. (AP) - Medical examiners have identified a Washington man who was found dead in a shed last week.

The Columbian reports (https://bit.ly/2qoKu64 ) 34-year-old Raymond C. Brandon is the victim. Examiners have confirmed he died of homicidal violence.

Sheriff’s deputies found Brandon on a property in Hockinson after somebody had reported seeing his body.

The examiners determined he had been shot in the chest.

The sheriff’s office says Brandon did not live on the property.

Family members had shared on social media that Brandon had been missing since April 20.
