PHOENIX (AP) - Authorities have released the name of woman who was killed when the car she was driving collided with a semi-truck at a Phoenix intersection.

Phoenix police say 30-year-old Halimo Mohamed was pronounced dead at a hospital after Tuesday night’s crash.

They say a 55-year-old woman who was a passenger in Mohamed’s car suffered non-life threatening injuries and the unidentified driver of the semi-truck wasn’t hurt.

Police say that according to witnesses, Mohamed’s car allegedly ran a stop sign before the crash occurred.
