RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. (AP) - Authorities are looking for a motorist who shot and wounded a driver in an apparent road-rage attack on a Southern California freeway.
The California Highway Patrol says the driver of a Lexus sedan was wounded Tuesday on Interstate 15 in Rancho Cucamonga and is being treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Authorities tell the Los Angeles Times (https://lat.ms/2r12nEC ) that the sedan and a pickup truck had been cutting each other off for miles when both slowed down and someone in the truck opened fire. The sedan driver was shot in the back.
The attacker’s car is described as a white, lifted Ford F-150 with black rims.
